Only the employee’s full name. Everything else - employee number, designation, department, allowances, deductions, bonus and signing authority - is optional. Add only what you want on the slip.

Define your salary structure in the form (basic, allowance names, deduction names), then download the Excel template - its columns are generated from those names. Fill in an amount for each employee, upload the sheet, and a slip is generated for every row. Company, logo, pay period and signing authority are applied from the form to all slips.

Yes. Add as many custom allowances and deductions as you need, each with its own name and amount - house rent, medical, transport, tax, provident fund, loan repayment and so on.

No. Everything is processed locally in your browser. Nothing - including your logo and employee details - is sent to a server.

Click “Print / Save PDF”. In the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. In bulk mode each employee prints on its own page.
